Great Thinkers Make Great Leaders?

Probably most people would go for a answer such as” It is nothing but innate talents or ” It would take a life time to become a good leader”  upon a question of  ” What makes a good leader?”  Well, it is true that some leaders has some sort of god given skills where they can stand in front of crowds without even practicing or increase heart rate but actually in order to be a ” Good” leader , it would take a lots more than that. It requires a independent path of thinking. People just don’t listen to whatever a leader have to say. They do have brain so they know what is good and what not.It is not uncommon to hear bullcrap out of a leader. A good leader is some one who can actually think of something that no one ever thought of which is unique and debatable. Of course when things are debatable , things would be seriously take into account, people would take a certain amount of time to consider it whether it could be submerged with there own ideas or it is some ideas that they should look up and learn from that and if things are true then the respect of people towards the leader would surely increase.  A good leader is some one who know when to make people think of an idea. Hence the most provocative ideas is the best one. Unfortunately, in this kind of universe  , there is nothing which can be described as 100% accurately correct. Especially, when things are said by just 1 person, it would hardly be acceptable at the first moment it is being said. Well , that is because the idea has not yet been fully apprehended by the listener or unless it is real bullcrap, if the case is that the good stuffs are not fully understood and valued then those listener of coures will try to analyze or even discuss with others until they understand the ideas or statements. So now we can see who is a good leaders and who is not.

This is a small example of how would a superior leader control his thoughts as well as others’s compared to a competent one. Jack and Jimmy both work in a graphic design company.[to be continued]
